Paper to Pearls is a non-profit/micro-enterprise that sells jewelry made by women in Ugandan refugee camps. The women use recycled paper to hand-roll beads, which are strung into necklaces, bracelets and more. Over 80% of the proceeds are returned to them in the form of income and training, allowing them to purchase food, medicines and education for their children.
